Comité Paritario de Seguridad y Salud

El Comité Paritario de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo constituye un órgano fundamental dentro de la estructura organizacional, al ser el espacio donde empleadores y trabajadores participan de manera conjunta en la gestión preventiva. Su importancia radica en que permite garantizar el cumplimiento de la normativa vigente, fortalecer la cultura de seguridad y promover condiciones laborales que protejan la integridad física y mental de los empleados.
Entre sus funciones generales se destacan la vigilancia del cumplimiento de las normas de higiene y seguridad, la investigación de accidentes y enfermedades profesionales, la recomendación de medidas correctivas y preventivas, así como la promoción de programas de capacitación y sensibilización. De esta manera, el comité paritario se convierte en un mecanismo estratégico para reducir riesgos, mejorar la productividad y consolidar un ambiente de trabajo seguro y saludable.
